SHIPPING

Shipping rates (international and national) range from $7 - $40 depending on location. All items are shipped via Canada Post. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but information will be provided at checkout with estimated delivery times.

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Please make sure your address is correct before completing the purchase.

 LOCAL PICKUP

If you live in Edmonton and would like to pick up your item free of charge, select LOCAL PICKUP in the checkout. Pickup is every Monday evening between 3pm and 9pm. If this absolutely does not work for you please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to arrange another time.

RETURN POLICY

I will gladly offer a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Full refund will be processed when item is returned in its original condition.

I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges of custom items regardless of reason.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.
